Camp Nehemiah is a not-for-profit mission of Grace Community Christian Church. We strive to provide the very best care and education for your child at competitive rates. The following is a description of our financial policy:
A non-refundable registration fee of $35.00/child or $50/family is due at the time of enrollment to reserve a space for the weeks your child is registered to attend Camp Nehemiah. This year, Camp Nehemiah will operate June 5th through July 28th. We will be closed the week of July 3rd – July 7th. We will re-open starting the week of July 10th, 2017.
One Camp Nehemiah t-shirt is provided with your child’s registration fee, if your child’s’ registration fee is received prior to our Early Registration Deadline of May 19th, 2017. Camp T-shirt is required for every field trip and there will NOT be additional t-shirts for purchase.
Weekly tuition is $150 per child and is due by 5pm Friday for the following week. Please make checks payable to Camp Nehemiah. If your child is signed up and he/she cannot attend a particular week, the full tuition cost of $150 will be charged if a two week notice is NOT received. Families with more than one camper will receive a discounted rate of $150 for each additional camper. Tuition paid after 5pm will be assessed a $20 late fee per camper as well as card on file being charged. Payment methods: Cash, Check, and Pay Pal via website.
Credit Card on File
If weekly tuition is not received by the 5pm Friday prior to week attending, your credit card on file will be charged for the full week of tuition. If your credit card is declined, your child’s spot will become available to those on waiting list and/or will not be able to attend camp unless CASH payment is received prior to admission into camp. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Before/After Care Arrangements and Fees
Our goal is to care for the children participating in Camp Nehemiah in the best possible way. As a courtesy to parents who work hard and require extended hours before and after camp we will provide care between 6:30am – 7:00am (morning) and 6:00-6:30pm (evening) for a fee of $15.00 daily or $30.00 weekly. All fees should be paid in addition to tuition.
All parents will receive a copy of their 2017 Tax Statement via email and/or hard copy. It is the parent responsibility to contact the camp office directly if the documents are not received by the above mentioned date. Any requests for tax statements after September 1st will be assessed $10.00 per request per year.
Any check returned from the bank marked Non-sufficient Funds (NSF) will result in a $25 charge per check. If three returned checks occur, Camp Nehemiah will only accept payments by cash or cashier’s check.
